Delivery & Returns

Oktober Atelier offers delivery to Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

• Norway: 1–3 business days
• Sweden & Denmark: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

All prices include VAT for orders within Norway. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders delivered outside Norway may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, jewelry that has been worn, opened, or damaged cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Claims (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at Oktoberpost@outlook.com. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover return shipping and handling costs.
